The official Jan Marini peel is a glycolic acid peel system that can only be performed as an in-office procedure by a trained professional. It provides controlled and predictable removal of surface skin cells, stimulating skin renewal to improve the appearance of the skin.

Jan Marini Peel Treatment – how does it work ?
The Jan Marini Glycolic Peel treatment will reduce cell build up at lower skin level. It resurfaces the skin, giving it a significantly softer and smoother texture and will reduce fine lines, wrinkles and scarring providing an even skin tone.

Glycolic – pre care guidelines:

• 3-4 weeks before your Glycolic Peel Treatment:
  Prepare your skin with glycolic acid and/or retinol resurfacing products
• 1-3 days before your peel:
  Discontinue use of retinol and Bioglycolic products

Glycolic – post care guidelines:

• Makeup can be applied immediately
• Use gentle cleanser
• Apply daily face protectant SPF 30 (avoid sun exposure)
• Continue with recommended home care that supports skin care goals
• Do not use resurfacing products / abrasives or facial brushes for a minimum of 24 hours (or until redness stops)
• Re-introduce resurfacing products slowly
• Re-introduce accelerator after initial 24 hours post-peel
